The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of ServiceNow applications through rigorous testing processes. As a ServiceNow Tester, you will work closely with developers and project managers to understand the requirements and design test cases that validate the functionality of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
Identify, document, and track defects in the testing process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and design.
Conduct regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
Prepare test reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
