The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing proposals and writing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs). This role is crucial in ensuring that our proposals are competitive, compelling, and aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposal content.
Write and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements.
Develop and maintain a repository of proposal templates and best practices.




Conduct reviews of proposals to ensure they meet organizational standards and client expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in proposal management.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Proposal Manager or Proposal Writer.
Solid understanding of RFQ and RFP processes.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
