The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of vendor master data, supporting data governance initiatives, and maintaining process compliance across various functions. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain vendor master data in SAP ERP, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Conduct regular data validation and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline vendor management processes and improve data governance practices.
Utilize MS Excel for reporting and analysis of vendor data, providing insights to support decision-making.




Implement process improvements using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency in vendor management.
Provide training and support to team members on best practices for data management and compliance.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of data validation, data governance, and process compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and vendor management processes.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Experience with BPM, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
