We are seeking a skilled QMS Engineer to join our team in Haryana or Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality management systems, particularly with IATF 16949 standards, and experience in the plastic injection molding industry. As a QMS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with IATF 16949 standards.
Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide training and support to staff on quality management practices and procedures.
Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Required Skills:
