As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying defects, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions to enhance our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough testing of products and services to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
Utilize 7 QC tools to analyze data and improve processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and practices.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques.
Familiarity with 7 QC tools and their application in quality management.
Experience in an international voice process is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
