The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the B2B sector. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying recent business opportunities and effectively managing existing accounts. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be expected to travel across various locations in Karnataka, particularly in Mysore and Bangalore, to meet clients and promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities in the B2B market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in B2B or channel sales.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
A valid driver's license and access to a bike are mandatory for this role.
