Role Description The Regional Manager will oversee branch operations and business development for Esse India in the Canada region in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring local teams, setting performance targets, and ensuring high-quality delivery of immigration and visa consulting services that align with company standards. The role involves developing regional growth strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and identifying new market opportunities.



The Regional Manager will monitor compliance with relevant immigration guidelines, optimize processes, and prepare regular reports on regional performance and client satisfaction. This position requires close coordination with senior leadership to align regional initiatives with overall organizational goals.
