Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Canada, responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring smooth delivery of immigration and visa consulting services. This role includes managing workflow across teams, monitoring service quality, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. The Operations Manager will coordinate staff schedules, track performance metrics, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.



The role also involves collaborating with leadership on resource planning, handling escalations, supporting training initiatives, and maintaining transparent communication with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow coordination, and performance monitoring.
Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and cross-functional collaboration in a service-oriented setting.
Knowledge of immigration or visa consulting processes, preferably related to Canada, or willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused and qualified approach.
Proficiency in common office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or case management systems).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant experience may also be considered.
