The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the order to cash process, ensuring timely invoicing, cash application, and accounts receivable management. This role is critical in maintaining the financial health of our organization and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire order to cash cycle, from order entry to cash collection.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
Manage cash application processes, ensuring that payments are applied correctly and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve any billing issues or customer inquiries.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.




Prepare regular reports on cash flow and accounts receivable metrics for management review.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce the order to cash cycle time.
