The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing finance and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the home loan sector. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them secure home loans.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in home loan products.
Identify and engage potential clients through direct sales efforts and networking.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate housing finance solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and timely disbursement of funds.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the housing finance sector.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan application process, ensuring a positive client experience.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of home loans and housing finance products.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or housing finance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with Piramal Housing Finance and Shubham Housing Finance products is a plus.
