Java Senior Developer (C06) -Area(s) of Responsibility

A software developer who:
Engages in application development, test, release and support.
Produces fully functional application code based on industry best practices.
Gathers specific requirements, asks questions and suggests solutions.
Writes unit and API tests to ensure working code and support CICD team.
Troubleshoots and debugs to optimize performance.
Liaisons with the Product development team to plan current features in agile model.
Ensures applications meet quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
5+ years of overall IT experience.
Hands-on Experience as a Java Developer.
2+ years' experience with Spring/Springboot & ORM.
2 years' experience with middleware / service orchestration.
Experience with performance optimization,



performance testing/monitoring tools experience.
Experience with common industry patterns, coding standards and best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:
Required: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/Spring JPA, SQL, GIT
Positive to have: Apache Kafka/RabbitMQ, MongoDb, Azure DevOps, Git

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
Healthcare experience preferred.
Experience with mentoring and training junior associates.
Experience working in a large development team.
