We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility located in the Mumbai region of Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing maintenance activities related to HVAC systems, chillers, and compressors, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and meets industry standards. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies that align with our quality assurance protocols, particularly in compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 15378, and GMP regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of all HVAC, chiller, and compressor systems.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO and GMP requirements.




Collaborate with other departments to support production and operational goals.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of maintenance processes and equipment.
Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, and compressors.
Proficiency in PLC and HMI systems.
Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 15378, GMP, and related quality standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
