The ideal candidate will have a solid background in performance testing and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our applications. As a Performance Test Engineer, you will work closely with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement performance test plans and strategies to validate application performance under various load conditions.
Utilize tools such as Locust to simulate user load and analyze system behavior.
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to identify performance issues and recommend solutions.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvements.




Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for performance testing.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance testing and apply them to enhance testing processes.

Required Skills:
Solid experience as a Test Engineer with a focus on performance testing.
Proficiency in performance testing tools, particularly Locust.
Solid understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
