Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent screening and interviewing skills.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment in the BFSI sector and non-IT recruitment is a plus.
