Surveillance and Alarm Management of LIS/LIM Platform.
System availability Management, Service Assurance and Performance/KPI Monitoring.
System O&M;: Preventive maintenance, System back-up, Health check etc.
Trouble shooting/TAC support. & Vendor Escalation Support.
AMC/Spares Management.
Password and Security Management.
LIM/ Circle complaints handling and resolution.
System Trouble Shooting and SLA Management.
Education Requirement: Graduation
Experience Requirement: 2 - 7 years
Skills & Competencies:
Capable of providing system admin support to operational team
