Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive learning and development programs that cater to the needs of the organization and its employees.
Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
Oversee the implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate online learning and track employee progress.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
Manage project timelines, budgets,

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Learning and Development principles and practices.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training effectiveness and make informed decisions.
