We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in BIM technologies, particularly with Revit, and will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models for various projects in the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors. As a BIM Modeller, you will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that all designs meet the required specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various design elements into cohesive models.
Conduct clash detection and resolve issues to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare detailed drawings and documentation as required for project deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff in BIM practices and software usage.
