We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our IT operations and lead our IT team in Assam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with a focus on team leadership, vendor management, and network management. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure, as well as managing relationships with external vendors to ensure that our technology needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and career development.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and security.
Monitor and manage network infrastructure,

Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance IT capabilities.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in IT management and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of SAP FICO and its applications.
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
Proficient in network management and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
