Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients for business loans through channel partners/open market sourcing.
Build, retain, and maintain robust relationships with Clients/Channel partners to generate business.
Effectively engage with credit, operations & risk team to streamline the loan approval process and enhance customer experience.
Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concerns.
Stay updated on market trends,



loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Conduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Collaborate with the Collection team to improve the recovery process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
