Job Description :

. Should visit clients for sale purpose
Identify and develop current business opportunities.
Visit potential clients and explain the project/site details professionally.
Coordinate with clients and accompany them on site visits.
Provide detailed information about the site, location, features, and available offerings.
Handle client queries, negotiations, and deal closures.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into business.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client handling and business development.

Requirements

. 5+years of experience in real estate business development manager

.



MBA or post graduation in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
Presentable, confident, and target-oriented personality.
Must be comfortable with client meetings and regular site visits.
Previous experience in business development, sales, real estate, or client servicing will be preferred.
