We are looking for a sincere, hardworking and responsible person to maintain our Gents PG.
Job Responsibilities:
Daily cleaning of PG rooms and common areas.
Thorough cleaning of toilets and bathrooms.
Sweeping and mopping floors, corridors and staircases.
Cleaning the kitchen and self-cooking areas.
Garbage collection and disposal.
Handling enquiries and PG bookings.
Showing rooms to prospective residents.
Maintaining resident records and room allocation details.
Maintaining visitor entry and exit records.
Recording rent and deposit payments and reporting to management.
Reporting maintenance issues and maintaining overall cleanliness.
