We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with robust expertise in the Life Insurance domain to lead product development and digital transformation initiatives. The candidate should have current end-to-end product development experience in the Life Insurance domain and should be working in a product-based organization. The role involves managing the complete product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving digital transformation, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for Life Insurance products and digital solutions

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and development to implementation and post-launch improvements

• Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Sales, IT, and other cross-functional teams

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Prepare and manage detailed BRDs and FRDs for product development

• Work closely with technology teams to enhance and integrate Life Asia core systems





• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments

• Drive digital transformation and improvements across insurance products and customer journeys

• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and applicable industry standards

• Monitor product performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights

• Identify prospects for product innovation and process improvement

• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 8–20 years of overall experience in Product Management

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management with 6+ years in the Life Insurance domain

• Mandatory current end-to-end product development experience in Life Insurance

• Mandatory experience working in a Product-Based organization

• Robust experience in preparing and managing BRDs and FRDs
