Job Responsibilities:
Investigate and diagnose fixes required within the Infor Nexus (TMS) application related to the integration.
Analyze disconnects to understand information flow between Nexus and Fusion, and the downstream flow to 3PL.
Advise on Nexus-side data handling, acknowledgements, and exception routing.
Support end-to-end testing and reconciliation of order and shipment data through Nexus.
Partner with the Integration Lead and Logistics/3PL teams on remediation.
