To deliver quality process deliverables as
required for the specific project.
Must possess work experience in offshore FPSO /
Platforms and onshore oil and gas industry.
Support Concept / FEED / Basic / Detailed
Engineering design stages with respect to Process deliverables.
Hands-on experience in using Process simulators
such as HYSYS or Unisim for process simulation and interpretation of the
results.
Must have knowledge of Heat & Material
Balance.
Basic understanding of Process and Utility Equipment
sizing, such as separators, utility vessels, pumps
Preparation of Equipment datasheet, Package
datasheets.
Ability to understand and update PFDs and P&IDs;
based on the instructions provided as well as vendor data. Knowledge of Smart
P&ID; tools will be an advantage.
Knowledge of line sizing and hydraulics for
process / utility lines.
1- Must
possess some experience of preparing instrument datasheets.
1- Sizing
of pressure safety valves and flare headers under guidance.
- Ability
to update Process Philosophies and reports based on comments/feedback from
client.
1- To
work on closing out HAZOP recommendations with the necessary evidence thereof.
1- Upgrade
technical knowledge by way of attending informative webinars or reading through
and share it with the process team.
- Maintain
awareness of industry developments, international codes and best practices
related to onshore / offshore facilities.
