Job Description

Job Purpose:

Lead, manage the planning & execution of major Projects, which includes but not limited to:

• Growth Initiatives
• T&D; & FMCG (Product Enhancement Projects)
• Strategic Initiatives as needed

This Project manager will drive Project execution excellence -- on-time, on-quality delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Leadership & Project teams to develop detailed Project plans. This includes:
• Schedule planning – Define Project tasks and build detailed schedule
• Resource planning – Build plan for incremental FTE and contractors
• Bring cross functional project team together, organize the activities for smoother execution
• Constantly monitor progress against plan (schedule, resources) using appropriate tools
• Evaluate Project status from schedule and quality perspectives, mitigates risks, resolves and /or escalates issue in a timely manner. Shared responsibility with teams in problem solving
• Effectively communicate Project progress, risks/problems and solutions to stakeholders




• Takes ownership & manages Project changes to achieve Project outputs
• Effectively applies Project management methodology, improves project execution standards
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

• Proven experience in project/Project management (E)
• Fluency in English (E)
• 5+ years of work experience (E)
• knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management (E)
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools. (Ex : Smartsheet) (E)
• Experience on operational leadership role (P)
• Knowledge of NielsenIQ business and/or products (P)
• Qualification in project mana
