Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations

· Oversee daily manufacturing operations of tube bundles.

· Ensure achievement of production targets, schedules, and delivery commitments.

· Drive lean manufacturing, productivity improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.

· Monitor shop-floor performance and resolve production bottlenecks.

Quality Assurance

· Ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, and other applicable industry standards.

· Reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints through robust quality systems.

· Coordinate with QA/QC teams for root cause analysis and corrective actions.

People Management

· Lead and manage large teams across production, maintenance, and support functions.

· Handle manpower planning, training, skill development, and performance appraisals.

· Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement culture.

Safety & Compliance

· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

· Drive safety audits,



training programs, and incident investigations.

· Promote a robust safety-first culture on the shop floor.

Cost & Resource Management

· Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

· Monitor manufacturing costs, budgets, and profitability.

· Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and downtime.

Strategic & Improvement Initiatives

· Identify prospects for automation and technology upgrades.

· Support current product development and customized engineering projects.

· Work with senior management on capacity expansion and long-term planning.
