About the Role
Startup Stairs is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Design 6 social media carousels per day while maintaining quality and creativity.
• Create graphics, social media posts, banners, and marketing creatives.
• Develop visually appealing layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of designs and maintain consistency across platforms.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Robust understanding of typography, colour combinations, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple designs and meet daily deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing social media creatives and carousel designs is preferred.
