Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, training, HR policies, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from manpower planning to candidate onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.




• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate selection, and manage offer rollouts.
HR Operations and Administration
• Manage employee records, joining formalities, documentation, and exit procedures.
• Monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, overtime, and employee discipline.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary revisions, incentives, and full-and-final settlements.
• Maintain accurate HR databases and employee documentation.
Payroll and Statutory Compliance
• Ensure timely payroll processing and accurate salary calculations.
• Coordinate PF, ESIC, professional tax, gratuity, bonus, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and employment regulations.
• Maintain statutory registers, employee records, and compliance documentation.
