· Generate leads through field activities, references, and site presence.
· Contact interested clients and understand their requirements.
· Arrange and accompany clients for Industrial land / MIDC plots / Industrial projects & Industrial warehouse, shed, Factory for Rent / Lease site visits.
· Explain project details such as location, layout, pricing, and approvals.
· Coordinate with office team for bookings and documentation.
· Regular follow-up with prospects till deal closure.
· Maintain daily lead and site visit reports.
· Assist in negotiations and closing deals.
· Power Point Presentation client as per their requirement.
