Job Description
Lead the national retail sales business for a portfolio of adhesive products across multiple segments including retail, industrial, and automotive applications.
Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, profitability, and execution excellence in line with business objectives.
Own and scale a retail business worth approximately ₹250 Cr within a broader business portfolio of nearly ₹400 Cr.
Manage a large sales organization comprising 10 Regional and Zonal Managers and an overall team of approximately 150 employees.
Develop and execute long-term sales strategies to accelerate growth across existing and emerging markets.




Expand distribution reach and strengthen channel effectiveness across India.
Drive demand forecasting, sales planning, inventory management, and performance tracking.
Build solid relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and strategic customers.
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and growth recommendations to senior leadership.
Partner closely with marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
Ensure solid receivables management, credit discipline, and operational execution.
Coach, mentor, and develop future sales leaders within the organization.
Participate in key industry forums, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives.
Play a critical role in the ongoing professionalization and scaling of the organization.

The Successful Applicant
Experience in sales leadership roles within adhesives, paints, chemicals, construction materials, or related industries.
