Shoot and record content: on-ground, behind-the-scenes, talking-head, whatever the moment needs
Run our socials day to day across Instagram, YouTube, X
Push reach: seeding, hooks, posting for the algorithm not against it
Test what works, kill what doesn't, double down rapid
Work shoulder to shoulder with editorial and creators
You're a fit if you
Can shoot decent video on a phone and have an eye for what stops a scroll
Live on Instagram and YouTube and actually understand why things spread
Are hands-on, not a deck person
Move quick and ship daily
