As an Adobe Marketo+ AJO, Senior Associate you will support client work in business application consulting, helping teams optimize Salesforce-based marketing and customer engagement solutions through analysis, implementation, training, and day-to-day support. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams,
and use critical thinking to navigate complex situations while deepening your technical skills and personal brand within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on Adobe Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer work that supports client needs, contributes to solution delivery, and helps translate business goals into practical application outcomes.
Responsibilities
Managing Adobe Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer client workstreams from requirements intake through solution delivery
Translating marketing automation needs into campaign architecture, journey design, and audience segmentation approaches
Configuring and troubleshooting platform features across email orchestration, lead management, and cross-channel activation
Analyzing client processes and data flows to identify prospects for campaign efficiency and system improvement
