Job Summary
Probiz Finance is looking for a responsible and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee coordination and HR documentation. The ideal candidate must hold an MBA and have at least one year of relevant HR experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, calling and interview scheduling.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Post job openings on platforms such as Apna, Naukri and LinkedIn.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Handle employee onboarding,
joining formalities and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records and HR files.
Assist with payroll inputs and monthly attendance reports.
Coordinate employee communication, engagement and day-to-day HR activities.
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Prepare regular HR reports and recruitment MIS.
Required Qualifications & Skills
MBA in HR is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and candidate sourcing.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
