Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding recent hires.

Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and improve processes.

Handle grievances, perform appraisals, and coordinate joining formalities for recent joiners.

Ensure compliance with corporate HR policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.

Generate offers for potential candidates through effective communication with stakeholders.

Candidates from high-fashion export houses or textile industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
