Job Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire customers for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Identify potential customers and explain property loan products.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and referral partners.
Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
Follow up on loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Candidate Requirements
Experience in both Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) is mandatory.
Candidates must have 2.5–4 years of experience with their current company.
Educational qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree / 3-Year Diploma, with a minimum of 15 years of education.
Maximum age: 35 years.
Only candidates with experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property will be considered.
