Amex Offers Marketing Operations (AOMO), part of Amex Offers Digital Media (AODM) is a global organization that sits within MEMBERSHIP PORTFOLIO SERVICES (MPS)



within the US Consumer Services Business. MPS is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically key to American Express. We are developing unique and differentiated ways to strengthen the Membership Model by connecting Card Members with Merchants that create opportunities to help drive our growth over the mid-to-long term.

Responsibilities
Purpose of the Role
The analyst will be expected to execute and deliver Merchant Data Validation as well as manage Investigations/Complaints for US market (including US & global offers). The incumbent will also be expected to get cross skilled in other regions (LACC/EMEA/APAC) for BCP purposes. The analyst will work with stakeholders across AODM, global marketing partners and other key stakeholders to support various commercial and customer priorities, while delivering marketing excellence, and powering growth.
