Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to identify potential customers, manage the pre-sales process, and build strong client relationships that drive sales and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to identify potential customers and schedule sales meetings.
Understand customer requirements through research, discussions, and needs analysis.
Manage the pre-sales process from lead generation through lead qualification.
Present real estate solutions to prospective clients.
Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
Coordinate with the sales team on lead handovers and follow-ups.
Build brand awareness by engaging with prospective customers across various channels.
Assist the sales team in converting qualified leads into bookings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.




Follow up with prospective customers to support conversions and customer satisfaction.
