Job Title: HR Manager – Insurance TPA / Healthcare Operations

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager with a background in Insurance TPA, health insurance, healthcare, or diagnostic services.

The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, HR compliance, performance management, and workforce deployment across multiple cities and diagnostic centres.

Requirements:
2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in healthcare, Insurance TPA, or diagnostic services preferred.
Expertise in bulk hiring, employee management, and multi-location HR operations.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, HR documentation, and payroll coordination.
Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
