Job Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for current and existing employees in BPO sales processes.
Train agents on sales techniques, communication skills, and customer handling.
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
Evaluate training effectiveness and improve sales performance.
Coordinate with the operations team to achieve business targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer in a BPO sales process.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of sales processes and training methods.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
