Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Store Sales Manager to manage daily retail store operations and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.
Manage and motivate the sales team.
Handle customers, product demonstrations, and customer queries.
Manage inventory, stock audits, and store merchandising.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Maintain customer satisfaction and follow company policies.
Requirements: Previous experience in retail sales, team management, and target achievement. Experience in mobile phones, laptops, and electronics will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
