Rajaswi Chemical (est. 1984) is a family-owned textile chemicals manufacturer serving India's major textile clusters. We are setting up our own polymer R&D; lab and emulsion plant, and are hiring the chemist who will build it.
Responsibilities
Set up and run our R&D; and application lab
Develop water-based acrylic emulsions for textile applications, from lab to plant scale
Define QC specifications: solids, viscosity, pH, Tg/MFFT, stability
Solve technical problems at customer mills
Train and lead lab chemists and technicians
Requirements
PhD / MTech / MSc in Polymer Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
2–5 years of hands-on emulsion polymerisation experience
Solid grasp of monomer selection, Tg design, surfactants and initiators
Exact lab records; willingness to travel to mills
