Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Admin to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience
0 Fresher – 1 years of experience in Office admin preferred
Ensure materials reach the required destination safely and on time.
Maintain records of materials collected and dispatched.
Collect and maintain receipts, consignment notes, delivery challans, and courier/parcel documents.
Follow up with courier, parcel, and transport agencies regarding delivery status.
Report any shortage, damage, delay, or discrepancy to the concerned department.
Coordinate with the purchase, stores, accounts, and sales teams when required.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of purchase and dispatch-related records.
Ensure all assigned materials are handled safely and responsibly.
Perform other purchase, collection,



and logistics-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of hardware materials and products.
Ability to handle parcels and materials carefully.

Qualification & Experience
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
Previous experience in purchase, logistics, courier, hardware, stores, or material collection will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and willingness to travel may also be considered.

Working Nature

This is a field-oriented purchase and logistics role, involving regular travel to customers, suppliers, courier offices, bus/parcel booking points, and other locations for collection and dispatch of materials.

Pay: ₹10,623.88 - ₹18,626.99 per month
