Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to identify potential customers, promote company products or services, develop robust customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online channels.
Present and promote company products or services to customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and order documentation.
Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and payments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support.




Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills
Any degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage; freshers may also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Positive customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings or field sales, if required.
