Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow up with clients, prepare quotations, generate leads and coordinate order dispatches.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer enquiries and follow up with clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare and share quotations with clients.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, IndiaMART, Justdial and other sources.
Handle customer queries and maintain positive client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups and sales activities.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Robust follow-up and convincing skills.
Candidates with sales experience are preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
