Key Responsibilities – Account Manager
Manage and maintain books of accounts on a daily basis.
Handle daily purchase, journal, sales, and general expense entries.
Ensure accurate accounting in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain TDS records, ledgers, and payment schedules.
Prepare GSTR-1 and coordinate with consultants for timely filing.
Prepare and review GSTR-3B on a monthly basis.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, Amazon statements, and BPCL Petro Card statements.
Review Form 26AS and reconcile tax-related transactions quarterly.
Coordinate and assist in annual GSTR-9 filing.
Handle ROC compliances, statutory filings, and related documentation.
Finalize books of accounts before advance tax payments and financial year closing.
Prepare financial records and coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
Ensure timely completion of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities.
Provide accurate financial reports and accounting information to management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
