Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a Soft Skills & Placement Trainer to prepare students for interviews and skilled careers through effective communication and placement-readiness training.
Responsibilities
Conduct soft skills and communication training sessions.
Train students in interview skills, mock interviews, and group discussions.
Guide students in resume preparation and qualified presentation.
Develop students’ confidence, interpersonal skills, and workplace etiquette.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Coordinate with the placement team to improve students’ employability.
Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of interview preparation and soft skills training.
Ability to train and motivate students.
Previous experience in soft skills training or placement training is preferred.
Freshers with relevant skills and training experience may also apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
