Job Summary

We are looking for a PMO Executive to manage project documentation, government portal registrations, subsidy-related documentation, data management, and administrative activities. The candidate will support project teams by maintaining records, preparing reports and ensuring proper documentation of all project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
Handle registrations, applications, and compliance work on government portals.
Assist in subsidy-related documentation and project submissions.
Maintain project data, MIS reports, trackers, and databases.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and government authorities.
Manage office documentation, filing, and administrative tasks.
Ensure timely submission and proper maintenance of project records.

Qualification & Skills
B.E./B.



Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering disciplines preferred.
An engineering background is preferred for understanding solar industry terminology, technical documents, and project requirements.
1 - 2 years of experienced candidates may apply.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and online portals.
Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented and responsible.
Comfortable working with technical and project-related documentation.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Reporting To: Project Manager / PMO Manager

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
