Education :- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile.
Required Skills & Competencies
Robust understanding of ISO 9001:2015 (IATF 16949 preferred).
Knowledge of fabrication, welding, or tubular components manufacturing (added advantage).
Experience in problem-solving tools: 7QC tools, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update QMS documentation: Quality Manual, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, formats.
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and customer-specific requirements.
Prepare audit checklists and reports.
Coordinate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support customer complaint analysis and closure using 8D, 5 Why, and RCA tools.
Participate in Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5S, and lean improvement projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
