Key Responsibilities
Promote Domestic & International Fixed Departure Group Tours
Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media & walk-ins
Design itineraries and advise clients on destinations & travel requirements
Convert leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring customer satisfaction
Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and payment coordination.
Stay updated with tourism trends, packages & market offerings
Job Requirements
2–5+ years in Travel Sales / Holiday Packages / Tour Operations
Robust knowledge of domestic & international destinations
Experience in Fixed Departure Group Tours & customized packages
Good communication, sales & customer relationship skills
Solid ability to convert inquiries into bookings
