Skora Media is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive – Client Handling who can convert inbound leads into paying clients for our digital marketing and social media services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, follow-up and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other channels.
Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Follow up with prospects, conduct sales discussions and close deals.
Negotiate pricing and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales pipeline.
Identify recent business opportunities to support company growth.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, client handling or lead conversion.
Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, advertising or media agencies is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to handle client calls, understand requirements and close sales.
Robust follow-up, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
